Our weekly spin classes are a great way to boost your fitness, improve your stamina, and finish the week feeling energised.

Whether you’re new to spin or already enjoy cycling workouts, these sessions are designed to suit all abilities and fitness levels.

What to Expect in an RT Fitness Spin Class:

  • Structured Workouts
    Each class follows a planned routine designed to improve cardiovascular health, strengthen your legs and core, and burn calories efficiently. You’ll work through a mix of steady-paced cycling, hill climbs, and sprints – all at a resistance level that suits you.
  • Guidance and Support
    I’ll be there throughout to demonstrate correct bike setup, explain each segment of the workout, and make sure you’re training safely and effectively.
  • Motivation and Accountability
    Music-driven sessions and a supportive group atmosphere help keep you focused and motivated from start to finish.
  • Low Impact, High Reward
    Spin is joint-friendly while still offering a challenging workout, making it ideal for anyone wanting an effective but safe way to improve fitness.

What to Bring: Water, towel, and your best energy!

Duration: 45 minutes (5 min warm-up, 35 min main set, 5 min cool-down)
